Concession Stand Schedule Information

• All schedule shift changes need to be sent to Nicole Rutar to avoid your concession deposit check being cashed.  Text her at 402-922-0537

• Almost all families have been scheduled for 2 shifts this summer so look it over completely.

• You must try every means possible to cover your shift by reaching out to other parents to switch or replacing yourself with a responsible adult or teenager over 16. 

• If your shift is canceled because of rain/weather, you are responsible for then working when the game is rescheduled.

• One person each shift is responsible for picking up the cash bag from Charter West Bank before closing time the day of the game and returning it after the shift to the night deposit box. This name will be highlighted in Green on the schedule. If there is no green name, then the money bag will be there for you. If you can not make it to pickup the bag  in time, please reach out to a Summer Rec Board member.

• Saturday & Sunday game workers will need to pick up their bag Friday by 5pm when the bank closes.  Charter West no longer has a drive thru to pickup bags on Saturday mornings.  There are instructions in the bag for what to do with the bag at the end of the shift. 

• There are concession stand setup and cleanup instructions posted in the concession stand. 

• Umpires are paid from the concession bag but a Summer Rec Board Member or Coach needs to be present to do this.
